Built for practitioners, by practitioners

A clinical workspace for your practice.

PillarX Practice is where a therapist, nutritionist or coach keeps their own caseload: who they are seeing, what was worked on in each session, what is scheduled next, and what the practice adds up to.

What it does

What a session relies on.

Client history at a glance

Each client has a numbered session timeline, a severity chart per issue area, and a calendar of the days you met. Open a session to read the note and everything recorded with it.

Structured session records

Log a session against a shared clinical taxonomy of 15 issue areas and 133 causes, in Greek and English. Rate each issue from 1 to 10, attach the causes behind it, and write your note. Corrections stay open for 24 hours after you save.

Appointment calendar

Book appointments in a month or week view, with a note only you can see. PillarX Practice emails you a reminder before an appointment and a nudge to log the one that has passed. You choose how early they arrive, or turn them off. Those emails carry no client information at all.

What the practice adds up to

Record a fee per session and see sessions and income by month across any range you pick, in euro, dollars or pounds. The figures cover your caseload only.

Privacy and security

Encrypted per client
Every record has its own key.
Only your caseload
No browsing across practitioners.
Erasure destroys the key
Not reversible, by design.

PillarX Practice is invitation-only while we work with a small group of practitioners. This form is how you tell us you are interested. We read every message and reply personally. It does not open an account.
